Zoom

RSVP HERE!

Are you eager to gain perspective about how a Fortune 50 company views their responsibility in DE&I inside and outside of their corporate walls? Are you seeking a forum that could spark ideas and learning on steps you can take at UF and in your future career to advance DE&I? In partnership with the Warrington College of Business, Procter & Gamble invites you to a special evening crafted specifically for UF students. You will have the chance to hear directly from a diverse group of P&G leaders who will focus on the following DE&I topics: P&G’s DE&I aspiration, action plan, and the journey to where we are today:

Discuss the “WHY” behind our actions to spark learning and reflection
Bias and Micro-Aggressions – P&G leaders will share personal stories and what P&G is doing to address and overcome bias in and outside our walls
Empower Community – Discuss what P&G is doing in this space to create positive impact beyond our walls
Brand Activation – Showcase how P&G is authentically portraying diverse talent and consumer groups in our work

Following the initial discussion, you will have the chance to join a smaller breakout discussion with P&G leaders and your peers to ask questions, share ideas, and further inspire your DE&I action plan. We look forward to seeing you there! If you would like to learn more about P&G’s DE&I strategy, please visit: https://us.pg.com/diversity-and-inclusion/ P&G Presenters:
