Valeria is a fifth-year Ph.D. Candidate in the Management Department at the University of Florida. She holds a B.S. in Psychology from the University of Florida. Her dissertation focuses on the countervailing effects of older worker-specific HR practices on retention-related outcomes. Outside of work, Valeria enjoys spending time with family and friends, cooking, and traveling.
