● Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
● Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
● Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
● Strategize new approaches for attracting clients and making sales in a B2B context and in
environments outside of your typical sales regimen

Free Virtual Series from the U.S. State Department – “Inside U.S. Foreign Policy”

Are you interested in learning about the behind-the-scenes work that goes into building international relationships and tackling global issues? Do you want to hear what it’s like to work as a diplomat straight from the source?  USA Study Abroad, part of the U.S. Department of State’s Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs (ECA), and its Benjamin A. Gilman International Scholarship Program are pleased to invite American undergraduate and graduate students from all fields of study and backgrounds to attend a new free virtual U.S. Foreign Policy series and gain an inside look at how the State Department designs and implements U.S. foreign policy around the world.

Through six seminars, each focused on a specific world region, participants will learn directly from civil and foreign service officers about:

  • the State Department’s foreign policy goals for that region,
  • how offices in Washington., D.C. and U.S. embassies and consulates overseas work to further these goals, and
  • how this work impacts Americans.

Each seminar will also include a panel of Gilman alumni working in the region, who will discuss their careers, and a breakout networking session. The seminars will last three hours each and be followed by an optional 30-minute informational session on a variety of careers within the U.S. State Department. Join us for the second session in the series on July 14th!

2021 Fall Game Day Ambassadors

Gator Guest Services is searching for Fall Game Day Ambassadors who will play a vital role in the success of the fan experience at Gators athletic events, and serve as representatives of both the University of Florida and Florida Gators. They maintain the operational policies in place for all Gators athletic events, and serve as liaisons between Gator Boosters, fans, game day staff, and Athletic Department Personnel. As Gator Guest Services-Game Day Ambassadors, you will be the face of the Florida Gators throughout each of our home athletic events. You will be answering fan questions, finding solutions to fan problems, and making all fans feel both welcome and comfortable during athletic events. Game Day Ambassadors get the added bonus of earning paid experience in behind-the-scenes game-day execution, or using the opportunity for their field experience or practicum fulfillment. Message for students regarding vaccinations

AVOID MORE TESTS!

Students who receive the COVID-19 vaccine are eliminated from UF’s routine COIVD-19 testing, which is required every two weeks for a number of student groups this summer and into the fall. The University Athletic Association at the University of Florida is searching for Event Staff Representatives with strong customer service and communications skills to work in a high energy level environment during Gators athletic events. If chosen as a representative, you will be the face of the Florida Gators throughout each of our home athletic events answering fan questions, finding solutions to fan problems, and making all fans feel both welcome and comfortable while providing a championship experience for our Gator fans! This position will help gain invaluable experience while working in collegiate athletics and afford the opportunity to build a professional network. This is a part-time position that will be compensated at the current minimum wage, $8.65 per hour. This posting will be open until a qualified candidate has been selected.
