Courageous Dialogues by Brown Center for Leadership and Service

The Brown Center for Leadership and Service is happy to announce that we will be partnering with LeaderShape to host Courageous Dialogues on October 26th from 3:00 pm-5:00 pm.

Courageous Dialogue will provide students with a framework to engage in meaningful and impactful conversations around values alignment, racial inequality, and creating stronger communities. As people continue to manage life during the pandemic, react and respond to civil unrest, and work through the dynamics of a national election this fall, we feel this topic will help organization leaders as they prepare to engage students in what could be very challenging conversations.

During this program, participants will learn how to:

  • Approach difficult conversations with an open mind.
  • See others as experts in their own experiences
  • Gain tools to engage in discussions with respect and an openness to change.

Register today to secure your spot. After completing the registration form, you will receive an email detailing the next step in the process.

To learn more, visit the LeaderShape page on the BCLS Website.
