Marketing Week starts October 26th!

Marketing Week 2020 is here! These events are open to anyone, so this is your chance to learn all about different facets of marketing. All event information can be found on Facebook (AMA Gators) or Instagram (@amagator)! There will be prizes for attendance, fun socials throughout the week, and a service event on Friday! Tuesday 10/27 6:30pm – Imprint Genius: Selling on Amazon and E-commerce

Isaac Hetzroni and Michael Katz are both entrepreneurs and recent UF alumni. Isaac owns his own promotional company, Imprint Genius, and has previously worked as an Amazon consultant. Michael owns his own e-commerce store and brings in millions of dollars in sales per year. Together, they will talk about entrepreneurship, Amazon, and building an online brand. Come prepared with questions!

Wednesday 10/28 6:30pm – Canva & Resume Workshop

In this 2-part workshop, the first 30 minutes will be dedicated to an intro to Canva, a website that lets you create beautiful graphics. If you have a good eye for design you won’t want to miss it! The second half of the meeting will be a resume workshop led by the CAP Mentors, so bring your resume and learn how to format it correctly!

Thursday 10/29 6:30pm –  AMA X Swamp Records: Music Industry Marketing w/ Sarah Bromley & Blaire Monroe

The most anticipated event of Marketing Week is here! Sarah Bromley will be speaking on her experience doing marketing within the music industry, first at Columbia Records and now at her own firm, KYN Entertainment. Blaire Monroe will discuss her experience doing Digital Marketing at Keep Cool, a Los Angeles-based record label. They have worked with artists such as Normani, Alicia Keys, and Solange. Come with questions and prepare to be wowed!
