Gulver holds a B.S. degree in Industrial Engineering from the Istanbul Technical University in Turkey and received an M.S. in Industrial and Systems Engineering and a Masters in Statistics from the University of Florida. Prior to entering the doctoral program, she worked as an intern at the Bosch and Siemens House Appliances and at the Pasabahce Glass Company in Turkey. Also, she gained experience in production and cost management by working as a consultant in financial areas in the United States in 2009. Her current research interests include channel selection decisions, channel coordination and competition between online and social network enabled channels as well as empirical analysis of the winning bids and collusion in sealed-bid auctions.
